Before creating B.L.A.S.T., over the last 5 years, I spent 18 years in financial services, trusted to handle high-pressure scenarios and mentor teams through complexity.
I have led empowerment programmes, designed strategic frameworks, and held space for transformation in rooms where people felt unseen.
But it was not until I started blending empowerment strategy, with trauma-informed coaching that everything clicked. I saw how metaphors could unlock clarity.
How emotional safety could become a business strategy. How legacy could be built one aligned decision at a time.

Hey, I am Tony Gordon
An empowerment leadership coach from Glasgow.
I have spent my life listening for what is unsaid, rather than what is said.
In crisis calls, coaching sessions, and quiet moments with individuals and teams on the edge of burnout. I have learned that leadership is not just about being the loudest voice in the room. It is about being the clearest. The calmest. The most anchored in authenticity.
I created B.L.A.S.T. Coaching & Mentoring for female entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, and therapists who have had enough of performing leadership and are ready to reclaim it.
B.L.A.S.T. is my own modality, which I created from my existing skills in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Impact Coaching. Hypnotherapy, Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Intelligence, and Mindfulness.
This is for women who want to build a business that feels right to them without losing themselves in the process.
